All costs for both day’s event were fully funded from local businesses and contributors in support for these worthwhile community events. The Keystone Hook and Ladder Fire Company organized and provided volunteer help to run the events.
Due to the stay-at-home orders issued by the Governor of Pennsylvania and his plans to reopen the Commonwealth we have decided to move the date of the Raffle Drawing. THE ALTERNATE DATE IS SATURDAY August 29, 2020! The time and location of the drawing will remain the same and will be held at the Schaefferstown Volunteer Fire Company Carnival Grounds. Admission to the event will also remain the same, you must have your ticket to enter on August 29th! Although the future is very uncertain, we are remaining hopeful that we will be able to have a public drawing event.
We will be actively monitoring the situation at hand and we will be following the guidelines that are outlined by our county, state, and federal officials and the CDC. The health, safety, and well being of the public and our member is of utmost importance above all else.
If for any reason we are unable to host a public event, we will hold a live virtual drawing via Facebook Live on the East End Fire Companies Annual Gun/Cash Raffle Facebook page, on August 29th. We will keep you updated as the new date approaches and notify you of any changes!
There will be no drawing held on May 30th! The Schaefferstown Volunteer Fire Company buildings and grounds ARE CLOSED!
There are still a few tickets available! Please contact any member to make safe arrangements if you would like to purchase a ticket. Thank you for your understanding during these difficult times and we hope everyone remains healthy and safe!
Cancellation : The Company Picnic that was scheduled for May has also been canceled. We will discuss rescheduling when we are able to meet as a Company in the future.
